Other Routes
Zhang prepared ceria nanorods via ultrasonication at room
temperature with the assistance of polyethylene glycol [193]. The
nanorods are 5-10 nm in diameter and 50-150 nm in length. The
formation may be ascribed to the oriented aggregation and fusing
of small ceria nanoparticles with the aid of ultrasonication. Zhu
