3 Methodology

3.1 Sparse-modeled ROI

The sparse model for arbitrary ROI is a sparse matrix with three columns: rst

column represents pixel value, and second and third are the corresponding x and
y coordinates of the pixel in ROI. Example is shown in the Fig. 4 .
