Obtaining BUS Address
In the next step, the LEC establishes a VC to the BUS (called the multicast send). It then waits for the
BUS to add itself to the multipoint VC between the BUS and all LECs (called the multicast forward).
The LEC sends an LE_ARP request for the broadcast address (all ones) to the LES.
The LES returns an LE_ARP response with the ATM address of the BUS.
