T rousers
The trousers are much easier to work with, as we already have the main
shapes we need. We could try to build in the pockets or her l y, but those
could easily be achieved by sculpting them in.
First, add more edge loops around her legs, to even out the topology
( Figure 9.5 b).
Next, adjust the top of her trousers, giving them some depth and
adjusting them to i t her hips better (Figure 9.5c).
Again, this is all we need to do to the trousers at this point because we did
most of the work earlier in the topic.
Gloves
Like the trousers, her gloves need just a small alteration because we pretty
much have the model we need. For now, simply add some depth around the
opening, while building the internal faces, as we will be able to see the inside
of the cuf ( Figure 9.6 ).
(Note: If the i ngers will eventually be bent, add an extra edge loop around
the knuckles. This will make posing the hand much easier as it will retain the
shape of the i ngers.)
