With these cuts in place, we can now
Delete
the dividing edges of the
triangles, turning them into quads.

Now adjust the area to take full advantage of the new topology
( Figure 8.66f ).

Now we can safely adjust the upper ear to add in the
Navicular Fossa
. To
do this, simply
Cut
across the upper ear as shown in Figure 8.67. Take this
cut right onto her head if needed.
We now have a slight issue to address. The topology of the ear around the
end of the
Helix
is not correct. We need the
Antitragus
area to blend into the
Anthelix
but now in blends into the
Helix
.
