Extrude
the three polygons in the ankle area, pulling out the ankle
shape ( Figure 7.37 ).

Repeat this for the inner ankle, extruding the ankle out of the leg
( Figure 7.38 ).
(Tip: Remember, your inner ankle is slightly higher than the outer one.)

Finally, delete the two upper edges from the extrude (Figure 7.39). This will
soften the upper parts of the ankle.
