As you can see from Figure 7 29d, this has now given us plenty of
geometry for the toenail, so now work in the toenail shape and the creases
around it (Figure 7.29e).
We can also add some extra geometry around the toe's knuckle, allowing us
to build some wrinkles into her toe.
This can be achieved by Extruding the polygons around the knuckle area
and tweaking the vertices to get the desired shape (Figure 7.30).
