Take a break and rework
the shape of the front of the foot.
Now move over to the pinkie toe. We have a similar n-gon here, which we will
remove next.

First, select the edges shown in Figure 7.28a, just below the n-gon, and
Merge
them.

Next, select the edge forming the triangle in Figure 7 28b and
Delete
it.
The front of the foot is much cleaner now, with good topology. Next, we will
work in some more detail by adding in her toenails.

Following Figure 7.29 , i rst select the two quads at the front of the big toe,
the ones covering the general nail area.

Extrude
these, and then press it again giving you two extrudes.
