Remove the triangles and create extra cuts over the top of the foot.
We need to add an extra Cut between each toe, one that also moves over
the top of the foot (Figure 7.18c).
Time to clean up some of the topology (Figure 7.19).
Start by creating a Cut across the foot, just behind the toes. This also
needs to go under the foot.
With that in place, we can next select and Merge the edges (Figure 7.19b)
running behind each toe, on either side of the central split.
This will leave you with four triangles on the top of the foot. Merge these
to remove them (Figure 7.19d).
We now have a cleaner upper foot, but the n-gons are too close to the toes
and could cause model artifacts.
