of the edge loops takes an edge ring up her inner thigh and then across, just
beneath her hip. We ideally need this to move over her hip instead.
First, create a Cut up the front of her waist (Figure 6.61b). It needs to follow
the natural crease between her thigh and her groin.
Select the upper and lower edges seen in Figure 6.61c and Merge them.
Now create two Cuts on either side of the resulting, joined triangles
( Figure 6.61 d).
With those in place, Delete the edges forming the cross between them.
We now have two triangles remaining, but they are of set slightly so we
cannot just Merge the edges between them. Instead, select the inner
edges of each triangle (Figure 6.61f ) and Merge those instead.
All you should have left now are two triangles (Figure 6.61g). Delete the
inner edge and we are done.
