Best described as an international cafe, this is yet another excellent place to eat or drink.
Call it a relaxed place if you like, but there's always a bit of action around. It might be a bit
more expensive than the previous place (thus the reason for giving you two options), but
you'll enjoy the change of pace. Try the 'tom yam martini', a spicy mixture involving chili
and lemon grass.

From Sticky Fingers, walk away from the water to Rue Setthathilath, then turn right. Walk
about 100 meters, then take the second left onto Rue Nokeokoummane. Turn right onto
Rue Samsenthai, pass the Lao National Museum, then turn left onto Rue Le Ky Huong and
walk about 200 meters - you'll see it on your right.
