Select the face of the Base, as shown.

Show Dimensions
on the Shortcuts toolbar.

Change the Diameter dimension to 60 and Linear dimension to 80.

Activate the Assembly mode and notice that the linked parts are also modified.

Assemblies > General > Interpart Link Browser

The
Interpart Links Browser
dialog has two sections:
Parts
and
Interpart
Links in Selected Parts
.
You can edit a link by selecting it and clicking the
Edit
icon. You can also use the
Break Link
icon to remove the link.

dialog.
