Adding Gussets
1.
To add gussets, click
Home > Punch > Gusset
on the ribbon.
2.
Click on the bend face of the contour flange.
3.
On the
Gusset
dialog, select
Type > Automatic Profile
.
4.
Under the
Location
section, select
YC
from the drop-down.
5.
Under the
Shape
section, set
Depth
to 12.
6.
Select
Form > Round
.
7.
Set
Width
to 10.
8.
Set
Side Angle
to 2.
9.
Set
Punch Radius
and
Die Radius
to 2.
10.
Click
OK
to add gussets.
Constructing the Mirror Feature
1.
To construct the mirror feature, click
Home > Feature > More > Mirror
Feature
on the ribbon.
