Making the Along Pattern
1.
On the ribbon, click Home >
Feature > Pattern Feature
.

Select the polygonal cut to define the feature to pattern.

Select
Layout > Along
.
4.
Select
Path Method > Offset
.
5.
On the Top Border Bar, select
Curve rule > Tangent Curves
.
6.
Click
Select Path
and select the outer edge of the top face.
7.
Select
Spacing > Count and Span
.
8.
Type-in
10
in the
Count
box.
9.
Type-in
100
in the
% Span By
box.

Under the
Orientation
section, set
Orientation
to
Normal to Path
.
11.
Click
OK
