4. Go to the Basic panel and adjust “Temperature” and “Tint”, pulling each
of the sliders to one extreme (left) or the other (right). You will notice
signii cant changes in the grayscale conversion as you pull the sliders.
5. To adjust colors more specii cally related to the image, you can also click
on the Target Adjustment tool and adjust colors within the image without
guessing as to what they are. Move your mouse into the image area, click
“hold” and drag on the area you wish to adjust: drag up to lighten, drag
down to darken.
6. Return to the Grayscale panel and click “Auto” again, and Lightroom will
automatically readjust the Grayscale Mix sliders based on the new White
Balance settings.
7. Adjust other Basic panel settings like “Exposure” and “Blacks” and i ne-tune
with “Contrast” and “Brightness”, and anything else that seems to work.
