Further, we shall face big challenges in order to properly establish ICT cluster
for High-Tech Industry Park. Therefore, it is crucial to have strong leadership in
government level, to improve legal environment, to prepare highly trained human
resources, to bring the operation of current facilities like IT Park in a new level,
and most importantly to have more financial support from the government side.
