ONE NEW CHANGE is Land Securities' latest development located on Cheapside in the
heart of the City of London. It is London's newest shopping destination, complete with
cafés and restaurants from renowned chefs and flagship menswear and women swear fash-
ion brands, all set overlooking London's most famous landmark, St. Paul's Cathedral.
With brands including Topshop, H&M, Banana Republic, Reiss, Hugo Boss, All Saints,
Dune, Office, Links of London and Swarovski, there is something for everyone from men's
and women's fashion to accessories and jewelry. Favourites Nando's, EAT, SumoSalad,
Byron and Zizzi's are joined by a brand new concept restaurant, Barbecoa, from Jamie Oliv-
er and Adam Perry-Lang - who have also opened a butcher's shop and a takeaway.
This iconic building has been designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Jean Nouvel.
The modernist building has 6,500 floor-to-ceiling glass panes in varying shades of red, grey
and beige, flooding the floors with natural light. 4,300 of which are unique pieces.
