Some advice for Stansted:
Be aware that lines are very common at Stansted; security check can easily take an
hour. Also getting to the airport can take longer than the proclaimed 90 minutes,
expect more like 120 minutes. Arriving in the airport, queuing for passport control
can easily take up to 2 hours for non-eu passport holders, esp. for Sunday night ar-
rivals.
Not only properly mark your luggage from the outside but also place a sheet of pa-
per with Name, Address, Email and Mobile Phone Number inside your luggage.
This might be the only chance to get your lost luggage back in case the outside
Identification somehow gets pulled off.
Be patient, you're on holidays! Expect some delays as it won't come by surprise.
Take it easy and plan delays into your travel plans. If not you might already lose
your good leisure mood….
