In-Depth Information
This section of the Scenario Editor asset card has a Home image that can help
you identify the scenario and also take you to the location associated with it. To
set the Home image, simply navigate to the view of the model you would like to
associate with the scenario and click Set Home, as shown in FigureĀ 8.15. After
doing that, you can click the image at any time in the future to fly to that view.

At the bottom of this section are tools that you can use to define the area of
interest for the scenario. The following is a summary of each tool:
Bounding Box With this tool you can create a rectangular
area of interest using a bounding box. You do this by picking two
opposing corners. The box will be oriented north-south. You have
less control over the shape and orientation of the area, but it is a
very quick way to define it.
Polygon With this tool you pick a series of points to draw a shape
representing the area of interest. To finish, you double-click the last
point. Although this method takes longer, it gives you much more
control over the shape and orientation of the area of interest.
entire Model Use this tool if you would like the area of inter-
est of the scenario to match the model extent. Keep in mind that
this could cause the scenario to cover a very large area, which can
reduce the performance and level of detail of the resulting scenario.
