The master proposal must always be published along with Common Resources.
Beyond that, you can choose which proposals you want to publish or synchronize.
There is another advantage to using proposals, which is that they enable you to be
more selective when publishing your model to InfraWorks 360. Another thing you
may notice about the Publish Model dialog is that there is a Groups button. This
button opens the Administer Groups dialog where you can add new groups and
new users, but only if you are an Admin for the InfraWorks 360 account.
synchronizing Models
Once a model has been published, it becomes connected to the online version,
and the Publish/Synchronize icon will now open the Synchronize Model dialog
(see Figure 8.8) instead of the Publish Model dialog.
