Did you notice that the Sun & Sky command appears in the presentation tools as
well as the analysis tools? It serves both purposes wonderfully. Creating just the
right sunlight and cloud cover settings can really bring a presentation to life.
And, as you are learning in this chapter, simulating sunlight and shadows is more
than just a pretty picture—it can be an important design consideration. This
is a testament to the groundbreaking nature of InfraWorks. In the past, there
was a huge chasm between design software and visualization software. Now,
with InfraWorks, the two are one and the same.
8. Move the Time and Date sliders to determine which parts of the town
are affected by the wind turbine shadows.
You should discover that only a small portion of the northern tip
of town limits is affected. The wind turbine shadows reach this area
in the early morning hours and affect two buildings within the town
limits. The area in question is highlighted in Figure 7.27.

9. Restore the bookmark named Affected Buildings.
10. On the main toolbar, click the Presentation icon.
11. On the Presentation toolbar, click Storyboard Creator.
