9. Restore the bookmark named Town View.

10. On the Analyze toolbar, click Measure Path Distance.

11. Trace the path from the center of town to the center of the industrial
park, as shown in Figure 7.6. Double-click the last point.

The command should show a distance of about 6,500 feet (1980m).
This is about 1 1/4 miles (2 kilometers). It's not quite walking dis-
tance but certainly practical for a short drive.

the distance units to
miles (kilometers) in
Application Options.

12. Right-click and select Clear All Measurements.
The measurements will disappear from the screen.
Since there is no change to the model, there is no “end” proposal
for this exercise as you have seen in other exercises.
