15. Pan northward to the long narrow parking lot. Orient your view so
that you are looking in a top-down direction.
To draw the building as square as possible, it is better to be looking
top-down.

16. Launch the Building command once again by clicking Buildings on
the side toolbar.

17. Pick a point near the southwest corner of the parking lot.

18. Move your cursor north in a direction parallel to the edge of the park-
ing lot. Type 250 ( 75 ) in the tooltip and press Enter to lock the value.

19. Pick a point that is parallel to the edge of the parking lot.

20. Move your cursor to the east, type 75 ( 25 ), and press Enter to lock the
value. Pick a point that creates a perpendicular side for the building
shape, as shown in Figure 3.37.
