Policlínico, is at Olmedo and Cuba,

The helpful Ministry of Tourism office in Riobamba is located on
Av. Daniel L. Borja and Brasil. Banco de Guayaquil , on Primera
Constituyente 2626 and García Moreno, accepts Visa and American
Express. Banco de Préstamos at Parque Maldonado, on Primera
Constituyente and Espejo, accepts MasterCard; Banco del
Pacífico , at Av. Miguel A León and Veloz, also accepts MasterCard;
and Banco la Previsora , at Colón 22-35 and 10 de Agosto, accepts
Visa.
Touring & Sightseeing
Alóag
The first noteworthy town south of Quito along the Pan-
American Highway is Alóag. Although there is nothing of
much interest for the curious traveler, this is where the
road west to Santo Domingo de los Colorados and the Pa-
cific Lowlands splits off from the Pan-American Highway. Buses and
trucks pull off the road here for minor repairs and tire changes.
