Lagerfeld Gallery art & women's fashion
40 rue de Seine, 6ème • 01 55 42 75 51
Open 11-7 Tue-Sat
This sedate and rather masculine-looking store sells
Karl's own Lagerfeld Gallery line, selected items from
the Fendi collection, which he also designs, and his
accessories, perfumes and fabulously glossy fashion
magazines. There are also regular photo exhibitions,
often of Lagerfeld's own graphic compositions.

Vanessa Bruno cross-generational clothes
25 rue St-Sulpice, 6ème • 01 43 54 41 04
Open 10:30-7:30 Mon-Sat
Bruno's minimalist yet feminine garments appeal to
women of all ages. They are individual, usually trend-
resistant (from shapely coats and jackets to flattering
trousers), and have a good quality-price ratio. A huge
success since it hit the shelves in 1998 is her tote bag
in sequins, leather or canvas.
16 E2
Paul & Joe for modern men
40 rue du Four, 6ème • 01 45 44 97 70
www.paulandjoe.com Open 11-7:30 Mon-Sat
The shop is named after Sophie Albou's two young
sons, who are going to have to wait a while to sport
the groovy slimline trousers, see-through shirts
and 1930s-style jackets that their mama turns out.
Confident guys go wild for the African-print tracksuits
and the flamboyant pineapple-printed shirts.
15 D2

Nathalie, daughter of renowned designer Sonia
Rykiel, caused quite a stir when she opened her
“temple of pleasure” in St-Germain. The boutique's

black lace lingerie and pashmina dressing gowns to
designer dildos and lipstick-shaped vibrators.
