the upper left. Images can be opened and Quartz filters can be applied to the data once the user selects the

pane. Hidden from view is the
Intermediate transform
controls, which allow Quartz filters to affect brightness, tint, hue,
and saturation sliders as seen here. The upper right menu shows the file formats supported when exporting images that have undergone
editing using Quartz filters.
