signed an agreement with the Deutsche Luft- & Raumfahrttechnik
(DLR), Stuttgart, to produce a wind turbine prototype developed
by DLR. This wind turbine was called Debra-25 and was rated at
100 kW. Ulrich Hütter was responsible for its development.
Köster continued improving this machine and renamed it
Adler-25 of which a dozen were sold in northern Germany. Once
again, Köster ceased production in the early 1990 due to bankruptcy
of the blade supplier.
