Both wind tunnels were 2.2 m in length. The big tunnel was 1 m
in diameter, and the small one 0.5 m. The mill model for testing
was placed in front of the big wind tunnel with a friction dynamo-
meter. The pressure measure instrument was placed in front of
the small tunnel.
