compress the gamma. Push all the stuff from middle black down, toward
black, because when I'm looking at this shot, it's asking for much more
mystery than the way it comes up, to me. And I don't particularly care
for it green. I see it more cold to neutral, and I see him more lit up. Make
more out the flashlight stuff and less out of the side walls. And less out of
this up here for sure,” he says, pointing to the ceiling detail ( Figure 8.24 ).
