them, Jannotta falls far into the “soften first” camp. He explains, “If you
get all done and you have it hard and then you feather it and you don't
have what you want then you have to go back and do it anyway. That's
why I soften it first, and then I decide if I want to add more softness or
take some of the softness away. But I always like to see it start [with
