9.4. Application of the method
9.4.1. Presentation of the Viatic.Mobilité project
Our research works are within the context of the ANR Viatic.Mobilité project
[VIA] (see Chapter 1).
This project aims to implement a service of mobility help for public transport
users.
This service has the objective of proposing mobility information, but also of
agreement by expressing the informational needs of a person who is on a trip in a
logical manner.
It will also present the particularity of being accessible throughout the user's
journey: at his home, in the multimodal exchange clusters (place of passage from
one mode of transport to another) and on board a transport vehicle (Figure 9.7).
In the rest of this chapter, we will present a few examples developed in the
context of the project.

9.4.2. An example of HCI personalization
In the context of the Viatic.Mobilité project, the user accesses information via a
portal from which he can choose the activity he wishes to carry out. In this portal, he
can carry out a certain number of operations that are common to all users such as,
for example, to connect himself, modify his profile or send a message to the
application support service. He can also access of services grouped together
according to the different categories of the travel time experience.
Thus, in an initial, simplified portal (Figure 9.8) he can access the following
groups of services:
- communication (associated with the Peacock category);
- transport information (common to all categories);
