In this context, telematics, as seen by the transport operator, leads to a solution
which enables the optimization of the productivity of operations through access to
information relating to the vehicle, the driver and loading in real time and remotely,
(Figure 6.21).

The integration of new possibilities offered by telematics must be tested before
being implemented. The stage of studying driver and operators acceptability is
based on the use of driving simulators (Figure 6.22).
