In-Depth Information
- the static, theoretical vision, with no disruption. This consists of taking into
account real data regarding deliveries to be made and to make deliveries in an ideal
context, with no disruptions;
- the predictable dynamic. This consists of taking into account predictable
disruptions such as road works and planned closures;
- the non-predictable dynamic. This consists of taking into account disruptions,
as well as accidents, during the delivery journey and to dynamically adjust the route
in view of the situation. The deliverer himself can do this, but if the situation
becomes too complex, he speaks to his logistician, who deals with it.
The collection of information to be archived in order to ensure traceability, was
one of the priorities among the targeted objectives. Figures 6.7, 6.8 and 6.9 give
examples of suggested solutions.
