As far as diagnosis and repair is concerned, it is necessary to go beyond the
reproduction of tasks; it is necessary to find the significant variables, directly or
indirectly observable, which play a role during the diagnosis. We are currently
working on two complementary approaches: the first is based on the fault tree
analysis, which gives the impact of different identified variables on the state of the
system, the second aims to collect problem situations and progressively construct a
system capable of reasoning on breakdowns as [MOU 06] recommends. After
having collected the information and constructed the corresponding model, it is
possible to proceed to an effective implementation. This leads to building the
learning (and action) system that is contextually satisfying and functioning in the
practical environment. The latter is based on the choice of the means of
contextualization (in particular RFID labels and readers) and on the configuration of
the interaction devices of the computerized accessory. The instantiation of generic
