Summary
In this chapter, we discussed the specifications related to data presentation that have
been improved in Java EE 7. These are: Servlet, Expression Language, and the JSF
Specification. Each presentation was followed by an analysis of the various improve-
ments made and a small example to show how these new features can be implemen-
ted. In the next chapter, we will talk about Java APIs used to communicate with data-
bases, which will lead us to another chapter that focuses on putting together all of the
APIs that we have seen.
