12.2 Creating the Final Deliverables
After reviewing the list of key stakeholders for data science projects and main
deliverables, this section focuses on describing the deliverables in detail. To
illustrate this approach, a fictional case study is used to make the examples more
specific.

describes a scenario of a fictional bank, YoyoDyne Bank, which
would like to embark on a project to do churn prediction models of its customers.
Churn rate
in this context refers to the frequency with which customers sever their
relationship as customers of YoyoDyne Bank or switch to a competing bank.
