The Data Science team has also conducted sentiment analysis over 100 tweets
from the popular microblogging site Twitter. The result is shown in
Figure 9.16
.
The left side represents negative sentiments, and the right side represents positive
sentiments. Vertically, the tweets have been randomly placed for aesthetic
purposes. Each tweet is shown as a disc, where the size represents the number
of followers of the user who made the original tweet. The color shade of a disc
represents how frequently this tweet has been retweeted. The figure indicates that
most customers are satisfied with ACME's bPhone.
