Sister to the Zurbarán, the Colección Alvear
features works by well-known Argentinean and
European artists. Among the artists repre-
sented here is Fernando Fader (1882-1935).
Considered by many to be Argentina's premiere
artist, he is best known for his scenes of early
Argentina.
