Dinosaurs laid eggs of various shapes and sizes. The round eggs of the Auca
Mahuevo sauropods (center right) greatly differ from the elongate eggs of
carnivores such as therizinosaurs (top left, about 12 inches long) and ovirap-
torids (bottom left, about 8 inches long). Bird eggs (bottom right) are also
dinosaur eggs.
