took the initiative to create the idea of meme media [30] and encouraged a larger
number of young scientists to contribute to the design and the implementation of
meme media technology . Some of this work is reflected within other contributions
to this conference. Yuzuru Tanaka truly deserves to be named the father in spirit of
meme media. The present author is grateful to him for numerous inspirations and
for much support allowing for several years of exciting and fruitful cooperation.
The author has been drawing much benefit from cooperation with several of
Yuzuru Tanaka's former students. Currently, Jun Fujima is working in the au-
thor's department, where he is continuously feeding the pool of meme media with
his digitalized ideas. In many cases, he has been providing implementations on
demand-essential contributions to the present author's work.
