(B) Stoichiometric reaction of increasing ZMP concentrations with stabilized taxoid binding
sites (25 mM). ZMP in the supernatant represents compound that has not reacted with the
taxoid site. ZMP does not appear in the supernatant until at least 25
m
M is present in the
reaction (same concentration as the binding sites). This indicates a 1:1 stoichiometry.
