Besides OCT, OR-PAM has also been integrated with confocal fluorescence
microscopy to image the dual contrasts of optical absorption and molecular fluo-
rescence simultaneously [ 30 ]. Combining OR-PAM with other optical microscopy
provides fruitful anatomical, functional, and molecular information and is invalu-
able for both biological research and clinical diagnosis.

An Example Application: Wound Healing Monitoring
OR-PAM, capable of label-free imaging of multiple important vascular parameters
(vascular morphology, HbT, sO 2 , and blood flow) in a variety of in vivo anatom-
ical sites (skin, eye, and brain), holds broad applications in circulation-related
