• Add approximately 1 L of WFI at room temperature in a clean bottle.
• Add 20 mL of Tego 2000 to the bottle.
• Complete the volume upto 1 L by sterile water at room temperature.
• Use the solution for a maximum time of 60 min after preparation for surface disinfection
by swabbing or mopping or spraying.
• Make entries in speciied logbook (Attachment I).

• Measure 20 mL of the disinfectant in a 2 L measuring cylinder.
• Make up the volume of the disinfectant up to 1 L with puriied water.
• Shake for 1 min.
