3. For chemical, microbiological, physical, and reference sample, collect the samples
from lines as per SOP for the laboratory.
4. Collect the relevant batch documents from the packaging supervisor after he/she has com-
pleted the record, cross check them as per “checklist for batch documents” for finished
product (Annexure III), and send the samples along with the batch documents to QC.
