Batch manufacturing record for the presence, correctness, and completeness
of information regarding the charge quantity and the purchase order
number in the specified columns duly signed.

2.
Raw materials requisition for the presence, correctness, and completeness
of the delivered quantity, QC number and the signatures of the dispens-
ing, issuing, receiving personnels.
▭
3.
Raw material weighing records with the print outs of the weighed raw
material.
▭
4.
Weighing area clearance complete with the signatures of the weighing
area in-charge. The area/booth cleaning status label “CLEANED” to be
made part of the batch record.
