8 Type 10 into the Stroke size and change the Blending mode to Darken.
9 Click the word Drop Shadow in the column on the left; the settings change to Drop Shadow options.
10 Enter 35 into the Size text field. Click the text in the image area and drag down to reposition the drop
shadow so it is beneath the text. Click OK.
11 Choose File > Save. Keep the file open for the next part of the lesson.
Next, you will reduce the image in size and save it for the Web.
Adding an Image Size and a Save action
In this next part, you will record Image size and Save for the Web.
1 With the advps1101_work file still open, choose Image > Image Size; the Image Size dialog box ap-
pears.
2 Make sure that the units are set to pixels.
3 Enter 500 into the Width text field and choose Bicubic Sharper (reduction) from the Resample drop-
down menu. This method maintains more details in your image when it is reduced. Click OK.
Change the Width to 500 pixels.
