Flip the layer named straightened.

You will now scale down the set of buildings you added by scaling down the fixer upper 1 layer.
8 Select the fixer upper 1 layer, and press Ctrl+T (Windows) or Command+T (Mac OS) to activate the
transform bounding box.
9 Press and hold Shift and drag one of the upper corners inwards to decrease the size of the layer to ap-
proximately half the size.
You can see the scale amount by looking in Width and Height in the Options bar as you drag.
10 When you are finished scaling the layer press Enter (Windows) or Return (Mac OS) to commit the
transform.
11 With the Move Tool still selected, click and drag the fixer upper 1 layer so that the bottom of the
buildings line up with the top of the pavement in the straightened layer.
