Move the image content to the right side of the image.
4 In the Layers panel, press and hold the Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) key, and then click the
Create new layer button ( ). The New Layer dialog box appears.
5 In the Name text field, type black background , and then click OK. A new layer is created on top of
your Right Side layer.
Add a new blank layer.
6 Press the D key to reset your foreground and background colors back to their default of black and
white.
7 Press Alt+Backspace (Windows) or Option+Delete (Mac OS) to automatically fill the black back-
ground layer with black.
8 Move this layer down in the layer stack to just above frog original. You can do this by dragging the
black background layer with the Move tool ( ). You can also move the layer down by selecting the
layer, pressing and holding the Ctrl key (Windows) or Command key (Mac OS), and pressing the [
(left bracket) key twice.
