Export your file as an STL and then open in up in NetFabb. (See
Figure 9-44 .)
Slice and repair in netfabb
Use the same process detailed in the “Repair and Clean Up in netfabb”
(page 153) tutorial to slice off unwanted parts of the model, repair the
mesh and then export it as a binary STL. Your model should now be
capped, cropped and ready for printing ( Figure 9-45 )!
Figure 9-46 shows a photo of the final printed model.
