Deselect
This model has some ridges in the roofline that occurred from extrusion
that need to be smoothed out and repaired.
Click on the Select/s menu in the top navigation and click Clear Selec-
tion/esc, to clear the previous selection. See
Figure 9-40
.

Smooth with the VolBrush
These ridges will not smooth out with the smooth brush, so we need to
use the VolBrush tool. Click on VolBrush/2 from the top menu and brush
options will appear.
Select Brush1 and use the flatten (
Figure 9-41
) and reductive
(
Figure 9-42
) brushes to flatten out the bumps.
Then use the Smooth Brush to soften it out.
